I Can Jump Puddles by Alan Marshall
This moving story of Alan Marshall's heroic mastering of crippling poliomyelitis to lead the life of a normal boy in the Australian bush will remain a classic of Australian writing.
It is not only the experience of a boy who overcame adversity. It is a whole philosophy of life against a background of the Australian bush and its animals, its folklore and its outback character.
