Shipping Overview

Once we receive your order, your items will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.

We use Australia Post to ship all items.

We ship Australia-wide. No International shipping.

Express Postage is not available, Standard Postage only.

Shipping Costs

We use eParcel which calculates shipping costs according to weight, zones and regions. Your shippimh will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

All items are shipped from our location in western Sydney, NSW. Delivery times are calculated from time of dispatch of your item(s)*.

Within NSW:

Metro: up to 2 business days

Country: up to 5 business days

Sending Interstate:

Metro: up to 3-6 business days

Country: up to 5-10 business days

Local Pick-up

Free local pick-up is available on all our books. After checking out, please contact us to arrange a time and place for pick-up. We are located in Seven Hills, NSW, but we generally meet customers at Winston Hills shopping centre for local pick-ups

Local Delivery

We offer free delivery to certain suburbs in the Blacktown area and Hills District. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that we deliver to your area.

 

Tracking My Order

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number once your item ships. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

If your order is sent out in multiple shipments you will have multiple tracking numbers. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link is active as your parcel will need to be scanned by Australia Post at one of their facilities.
