We go to great lengths to ensure that the condition of our books are described as accurately as possible, but mistakes do happen occasionally.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the condition of your book(s) are not as described, or if you receive the wrong book(s), please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please choose carefully as we only will only refund or exchange items for the reasons mentioned above.

If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
