The majority of pages are undamaged, with very minimal (barely visible) creasing, but no tearing (page xiii and the next three pages each have four very small punctures on them; page 3 is scratched at the top. No other punctures or scratches anywhere else in the book). No pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages.
