Doomsday 1999 A.D. by Charles Berlitz

Is the human race poised on the brink of Apocalypse? Will cosmic collisions, nuclear catastrophes or volcanic eruptions reduce the earth to a burnt-out cinder?

The best-selling author of The Bermuda Triangle investigates the theories and prophecies heralding the world's imminent destruction that have been voiced since civilisation began, and arrives at an alarming new prediction - DOOMSDAY 1999 A.D.

About the Author

Charles Berlitz is perhaps best known for his book The Bermuda Triangle which has sold more than ten million copies in 23 languages. He is also a fluent linguist, speaking 30 languages, and is known as a lecturer and underwater explorer. His previous books, following The Bermuda Triangle, include Without a Trace, Mysteries from Forgotten Worlds, and The Mystery of Atlantis.
